The event brought together more than 550 esteemed stakeholders from the global shipping community, creating an incredible opportunity for collaboration among industry leaders.

From their 2,000 ship delivery to the milestone of the 3,000the vessel delivery, it took only 13 years. This means that Imabari delivered on average 80 ships/year with the newest technology in place. Imabari was established by the Higaki family in 1901, and the current President, Yukito Higaki, represents the 5th generation running in the shipbuilding group.
